    Amid a festive atmosphere and invitations to repeat the experience more than once during the year, (Sanaati 2018) presented productive families that form a good nucleus for the transition to the entrepreneurial world

     

    on Thursday, December 13, and in the midst of festive atmosphere and invitations to repeat the experience for more than once a year, Asharqia Chamber continues its annual exhibition of productive families "Sanaati 2018," which was inaugurated by HRH Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, last Sunday at Dhahran Expo.

    It witnessed a remarkable turnout by visitors to buy various products, which are presented by the participants in the exhibition, such as traditional handicrafts or modern ones mixed with heritage, decoration, accessories, woolen clothes, perfumes, and spices.

     People expressed their great happiness in the festive atmosphere existing and called to repeat the experience more in the future.

     

    Opportunity to buy and stroll

    The family of Ibrahim al-Ali did not miss the previous versions of (Sanaati) and wished to repeat it more than once a year or prolong the number of days.

    They considered the exhibition as an opportunity to buy and stroll at the same time, as they attended the exhibition more than twice.

    A resident visitor called in the importance of repeating the exhibition for more than once.

    He pointed to his trust in the products of productive families and that they meet his desire to acquire manufactured things.

    He was attending the exhibition for the first time as he praised the organization of the corners and the freedom of movement between them.

    One of the visitors emphasized the festive atmosphere in the exhibition as the atmosphere was an incentive for her family to come over the previous days.

    She praised the coordination and arrangement, especially the Children's Corner, which was a safe haven for young children.

    She pointed out that they have acquired a lot of offered products.

    The officials of the associations and incubator centers said that about 85% of the productive families the participated in the exhibition has become a distinctive feature of the Eastern Region.

    The role of the Chamber of Commerce in its efforts to show its work to the community and supporting businessmen, and to include the data of the associations and centers participating in the exhibition for the marketing guide.

    Many of the productive families expressed their happiness with the exhibition for the achievement of the livelihood of them, raise the public awareness of them and their products.

    The owner of Jana Alfarooq for natural soap expressed her gratitude to the exhibition because it contributed to its direct communication with customers. She wished to repeat it more than once a year.

    The owner of the corner (Bff) for fresh juices has achieved good sales.

    She pointed out that most of the volume of sales are the great moral returns that I felt.

    She said, "For the first time, I feels like I am selling in my own shop."

     

    The Consulate of the United States and members of the Executive Council for Businesswomen walked around the exhibition

    In a related context, the exhibition witnessed the visit of the US consulate in Dhahran, Mrs. Rachna Korhonen, who expressed her happiness with the exhibition and the heritage products presented therein, and heard during her tour.

    The Secretary General of the Chamber, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel, was accompanied her in the tour in order to explain about the exhibition and its products.

    She stressed that productive families can play a significant role in the economies of countries if they provide adequate support and care (and this is what they have found in the Kingdom recently).

     

    Maram al-Jishi, the president of the executive council of businesswomen, visited the exhibition accompanied by female members of the council, and toured in its various corners and studied its exhibits.

    She said that productive families are the nucleus of any economy, with great attention and care from good leadership to improve the productive families' sector.

    She pointed out that she found in the exhibition many women employees who are considered good seeds in the world of entrepreneurship.

    The exhibition also visited by the president and members of the municipal council in Dammam, as they toured through its various wings.

    They expressed admiration for the diversity of exhibits and products that included the exhibition and the large demand of visitors to buy products of productive families with special skills.

    The Council commended the organization of the exhibition by saying, "We congratulate the Chamber on its role in the establishment of the exhibition for the fourth time in a row and take it out in this striking picture."

     

    The Secretary General of the Chamber: The Chamber will continue to hold the exhibition every year

    For his part, Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, stressed the continuity of the Chamber in the establishment of the exhibition every year, and that the Chamber attaches great importance to the projects of productive families through its Center for Social Responsibility, which since its inception, oversees productive families and follow-up and work to develop them.

     In factm the Chamber's main objective is to make productive families an added value in the national economy.

    This sector has the potential to contribute to the development of the economy and to stimulate the production, marketing and employment of the male and female sectors of society.

     

    Al-Wabel said that this year's exhibition serves as an important marketing outlet for both visitors and participants from productive families, which has enhanced their continued work and income generation.

    Al-Wabel said that the Chamber always seeks to have a leading role in social responsibility as an integral part of this society. It is their responsibility to contribute to its development and raise its level of service to serve the country as a whole.​
